Room Occupancy Policy

• Maximum 3 Adults only.
• Extra Bed will be provided for extra person. (As Per Govt Rule GST applicable for compulsory, Room 18% & Food 18%)

Reservation Policy

• Above mentioned the rates will change according to the market.
• Bookings will be held 48 hours provisionally up to a pre-specified Cut – off date after which they will be auto released.
• 50% advance payment deposit to hold the Reservation.
• 100% Payments have to be made before 5 days of Check-in.
• Once we receive full payment we will issue the Hotel Confirmation Voucher, which will be mandatory at the time of check-in.
• Any hikes in Govt. taxes, the same would be charged accordingly over the above room rates/meals.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Received on or before 30 days, a 10% processing fee of the total package
  cost will be charged and Remaining money will be refunded.
• 50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.
• No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.
• No refunds for unused nights or early check out.
• No refunds for booking made from 15 Dec 2025 to 15 Jan 2026
• No refund The Hotel is not responsible for room cancellation because of the cancellation of flight / ferry /climatic changes / pandemic / force majeure event.
