We had a lovely candlelight dinner experience overall. ❤️✨ Special thanks to Nayan and Mohit for their excellent service, kindness, and attention throughout the dinner. They made us feel comfortable and took great care of us. However, the initial service was not as pleasant. I wanted to make my wife's birthday special so she planned a trip of Andaman and I choose aquays. Team aquays truly worked by heart and made it even more speacial. Thank you so much Ashish, Rahul, Siddat and Pushplata for making it memorable. Their hard work , perseverance and presence of mind won my heart .

This is specifically the Dinning experience.
For a 4‑star hotel, the experience was disappointing. The staff were cold and seemed clueless about what items were available, giving vague answers and no guidance on the menu.
The food was overly oily and the taste was far below what you'd expect at this level—bland, greasy, and not fresh. Not worth the price or the 4‑star tag.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and wouldn't wish anybody to visit here for dinner.
Extremely pathetic.

Our stay was at a place where the pool was under construction and not completed. The room was servicable to our needs and provided a lovely scenic walk. Breakfast was mostly great, with the exception of the chai as it was quite burnt. The French Toast was lovely and highly recommend ordering this for your breakfast stay here.

Had a beautiful evening near the beach with decorated and well setup candle light dinner. The staff were amazing and very supportive. Overall an amazing and memorable night spent. Thanks to the staff and kudos to the resort.

The location is good, close to the beach. The rooms were used and dirty. We asked the staff to clean twice but both times they just made fake promises. Used bed sheets with stains. Sticky floors with juice fallen on the floor. Used washrooms, dirty commode. Even after all this they didn't change rooms and didn't even clean properly. Disappointing for such a big resort.

It was a great experience in Aquays Hotels Neil Island. The location is pristine and the view of Lakshmanpur Beach from the resort is impeccable. We spent hours both at day time and in evening near the sea sitting at resort itself.
The Rooms are good but have a lil older look which can be looked upon. Unfortunately when we went the Internet was down the full day so we had a complete accessibility issue as inside rooms even Airtel and Jio range gave up.
Also if you are planning Star gazing kindly take note of Weather conditions as our star gazing was canceled. Thr resort was very prompt in refunding our amount.
The food was very good and the cook was a class out there.
All and all a very good experience and but for these small stuff, the experience would have been 5 star

I am Advocate Captain Vinod Kumar Sabharwal. We are a reputed family of six members, and we had booked three rooms in advance at AQUAYS Resort.

We are extremely disappointed with our stay at the resort due to the very poor quality of services. The room service, and housekeeping are all far below acceptable standards.

Despite staying in our rooms the entire day and informing the housekeeping department two to three times, no one came to clean the rooms. Basic services like room cleaning were completely neglected.

Additionally, when we requested chilled water, the staff responded that it was not available, which is quite unacceptable for a resort of this category.

The Wi-Fi service was also not properly maintained. Although we stayed for two days, internet access was provided only for one day, and even during that time, the connection was not working properly.

Although, the receptionist was cooperative and supportive.

Overall, our experience has been very disappointing, and the level of hospitality barely met even basic expectations.
