Child & Infant Policy

• Infants and Children below the age of 5 years without extra bed will be and below complimentary.
• Children between 5-12 yrs with or without extra mattress ₹ 1,500 + GST per day on CP additional.
• Above 12 years and above ₹ 1,800 + GST with or without extra mattress on CP applicable.

Room Occupancy Policy

• Maximum 4 Adults only.
• Extra Mattress will be provided for extra person.
• Lunch/ Dinner Meal ₹ 650/- per person per meal, food GST additional.
• Extra Arrival Breakfast ₹ 350/- per person food GST additional.
• Rooms service charged 20% extra.

• Candle light dinner pool side ₹ 3,500/- per couple GST additional.

Reservation Policy

• Reservations are held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off period/date after which they are automatically released unless payment is received.
• Reservations will be confirmed only after 100% payment in advance.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Received on or before 30 days, a 10% processing fee of the total package cost will be ,charged and ,Remaining money will be refunded.
• 50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more. No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.
• No refunds for unused nights or early check out.
• No refunds for booking made from 15 Dec 2022 to 15 Jan 2023.
• If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of working days (Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) depending on Bank's processing time & working hours.
